Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to the most common questions about your lease, rent payments, move-in and move-out procedures, utilities, pets, and general tenancy policies.
How do I pay rent online?
You can pay rent online through your Tenant Portal, accessible 24/7 from any device. Simply log in, navigate to the Payments section, and follow the prompts to submit a one-time payment or set up autopay. If you have trouble accessing the portal, contact us at Hannah@Rentwith920.com and we'll help you get set up right away.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Use the Maintenance Request form on this page to describe the issue and its urgency level, and our team will follow up promptly to coordinate a repair. For emergency maintenance situations — such as a gas leak, flooding, or no heat in winter — please call us directly at 920-350-3053 so we can respond immediately.
What is the policy for lease renewals?
We typically reach out to tenants 60–90 days before their lease end date to discuss renewal options. If you'd like to renew your lease or have questions about your renewal terms, please contact us as early as possible so we have time to prepare your updated agreement. Renewal terms, including any rent adjustments, will be communicated in writing.
How do I add a roommate or update my lease?
Any changes to the occupants listed on your lease require prior written approval from 920 Property Management. Please contact us with the prospective roommate's information so we can process an application and, if approved, prepare a lease addendum. Unauthorized occupants are a lease violation, so please reach out before any changes are made.
What do I do in an emergency maintenance situation?
For emergencies such as a burst pipe, gas leak, electrical hazard, or loss of heat, call us immediately at 920-350-3053. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact 911 first. Do not wait to submit an online form for true emergencies — we have after-hours coverage and will respond as quickly as possible to protect you and your home.
